About the role
- IT Project Manager leading IT projects according to internal standards in healthcare. Responsible for project planning, execution, and continuous optimization of processes in IT area.
Responsibilities
- You lead IT projects in accordance with our internal project standard.
- You analyze existing organizational structures and processes and develop concrete measures for optimization.
- You plan, manage and support IT projects and assist with IT subprojects.
- You support the IT division leadership team in prioritizing, initiating and coordinating internal and cross-functional projects.
- You contribute to the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of standards and processes within the IT division, particularly in project management, project controlling and documentation.
- You are responsible for structured documentation and communication with external service providers and all internal process stakeholders.
- For projects with public funding, you take on documentation, controlling and communication with the responsible public authorities.
Requirements
- Experience in leading and implementing IT projects, ideally in the healthcare sector
- Confident participation in project bodies (e.g. steering committee)
- Structured way of working and solid knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Confident communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Willingness to contribute operationally to projects in addition to planning and control
- Team player with the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
