Technical Service Engineer collaborating with customers on plastics solutions for E&E industries in China. Focus on technical needs, service delivery, and complaint resolution.
Responsibilities
Identify the technical needs of customers, prepare technical tools (PDS,IMR, PPT and reports) based on scientific study and global best practice scouting to delivery values.
Provide on-site technical service with Envalior plastics to address customers challenges either from design, material, mold, processing, post-molding, 2nd process, testing tracking and etc. mainly for E&E key customers in China south and sometime in west or north for multiple customers’ plants.
Together with customers and EnV team, determine, persuade and implement corrective actions to maintain and improve product performance. Create high quality report to summarize the trials findings, propose next plan, drive projects from validation to pass the whole process evaluation till final mass production.
Organize, investigate, document and resolve customer technical complaints from quality or process variation improvement in a timely fashion.
Keep open mind and quick learning to the E&E, Auto industry and customer technical developments needs, new applications development with internal colleagues.
Requirements
In-depth knowledge of plastics (PA,PBT,PET,PPS,TPE...)
Master process expertise ( Tooling, NMT, Molding and 2nd process like CNC, ANO, welding, testing…)
Quality control, troubleshooting skills and experience
Good knowledge of E&E industry, markets and applications development
Good verbal and written communication skills by English
