Operations Controller managing finance operations at Envalior in Pune, India. Collaborating with global finance teams and leading change in a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities

Site management teams, as well as a global team of Finance-professionals, in a dynamic and rapidly changing global business environment.
You are not afraid of change and are able to balance a large network of site- and business stakeholders while successfully leading change.
Collaborate in a major production environment and navigate potential challenges such as regulatory compliance and stakeholder management.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
Comfortable taking up space and presenting in Senior Stakeholder meetings.
Should have affinity with and a passion for understanding the business behind the numbers.
Analytical skills and ability to translate financial information into relevant management information.
Operate as integrated part of global and site teams in Envalior.
Work on optimizing and harmonizing financial processes & reporting, and implementing best practices – incl strategic restructuring projects with impact on ICT Finance systems.
Strong connection to local finance team supporting financial control for the sites.
Ability to effectively operate in virtual teams across the region and globe, with multiple stakeholders (in- and outside of Envalior)
Owner of the budgeting and forecasting process of site CAPEX and FOOP, and provide explanation, analysis and recommendations to BG Control and Operations Management
Strategically lead, approve, and act as gatekeeper of product costing/ raw material / cycle design & output consumption analysis and support category management and business decisions for the site
Review important business cases and provide support to the Continuous Improvement, Business Operations Strategy analyses etc.
Review of capital expenditure proposal(s) and finalize IRR assessments.
