Requirements
**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**
Chartered Accountant
Leadership experience
Deep knowledge of IFRS, USGAAP and US Tax laws
Strong people management skills
Proven change management skills
Strong command over Excel, ERP systems (SAP)
Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to lead cross-functional and cross-national collaboration
