About the role

  • Business Development Representative supporting sales and engagement for a Corporate Alumni Software provider. Focused on driving commercial opportunities in financial, professional, and legal services sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Support the VP of Business Development across all stages of the sales cycle from outbound to deal close.
  • Assist with outbound and inbound prospect engagement (email, phone, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct structured follow-ups after meetings, demos, and events.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and contact data.
  • Learn the product in depth and deliver structured product demonstrations to prospective customers.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Interest in SaaS, technology, and commercial roles.
  • Previous exposure to B2B sales, SaaS, or technology (internship, placement, or graduate role).
