About the role
- Junior Learning & Content Assistant at Enteractive creating content and supporting training operations. Involved in design, learning material preparation, and video editing in a hybrid setup.
Responsibilities
- Create and improve PowerPoint presentations (clear, visual, structured)
- Design simple learning materials using Canva or similar tools
- Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and is visually consistent
- Transform raw information into clean and easy-to-understand content
- Support video editing (cutting, subtitles, basic enhancements)
- Assist in recording setups using tools like OBS
- Improve the visual quality of training materials and recordings
- Upload, manage, and organize content in the LMS (Enteractive Academy)
- Ensure training materials are updated and correctly structured
- Support the preparation of training sessions and sandbox activities
- Maintain content repositories (e.g., Slite, shared folders)
- Support day-to-day tasks within the Training team
- Help coordinate materials for training sessions
- Assist in creating and updating training content
- Provide basic Excel support (tracking, formatting, simple reports)
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, video editing tools, and Excel
- English level: C1
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and structured way of working
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Interest or basic knowledge in iGaming (Nice to Have)
- Experience with LMS platforms (Nice to Have)
- Experience supporting training, content, or admin tasks (Nice to Have)
- Eye for design and aesthetics (Nice to Have)
