Responsibilities
You are responsible for the end-to-end processing of salary payments for our clients, including recording and processing all payroll-related changes and the month-end closing.
You are the competent contact person for clients on payroll and social insurance matters.
You are also responsible for handling social insurance-related tasks (AHV, FamZ, EO, etc.).
You liaise with authorities and insurers and prepare statistics and lists.
Various administrative tasks related to the payroll area round off your responsibilities.
Requirements
Commercial vocational training with further education in payroll (e.g., Payroll Specialist).
At least two years of experience in payroll.
Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems.
Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage.
