About the role

• Junior Business Manager supporting the analysis and structuring of cross-border pension funds at enovetic global sa. Collaborating with management on regulatory and legal issues along with project involvement.

Responsibilities

• Support in the analysis and structuring of pension fund and retirement provision solutions
• Assist with reviewing and maintaining contract documentation (e.g., employer, service provider, and bank agreements)
• Provide support on regulatory and legal matters related to occupational pensions
• Prepare and compile documents for management and committees (e.g., decision papers, summaries)
• Participate in projects (e.g., product development, process adjustments, onboarding of new countries)
• Work closely with administration, management, and external partners

Requirements

• Degree in business law, commercial law, or a related field
• Some practical experience (e.g., internship, working student role, entry-level experience) in a legal or commercial environment is an advantage
• Interest in finance, pension/retirement, and regulatory topics
• Structured, meticulous working style and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent German and good English skills
