Responsibilities

  • Qualify clients' real estate projects
  • Qualify leads generated daily through the brand’s visibility and marketing investments
  • Schedule appraisal appointments for the sales teams
  • Enhance the database and follow up with clients by tracking past requests
  • Identify the urgency level of projects and pass opportunities to the sales teams in accordance with allocation rules
  • Meet a nominal number of calls per day, prioritizing speed of contact for an optimal customer experience
  • Contribute to improving the client qualification process within the department
  • Classify lead types using clear, observable definitions in the CRM
  • Accurately document all relevant interactions and keep the customer database up to date
  • Refer clients’ real estate projects as comprehensively as possible to maximize conversion chances
  • Track recently assigned leads in the CRM and monitor their commercial handling

Requirements

  • Proficiency in prospecting techniques (Cold Calling, Cold Email, Social Selling)
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate market (sales cycle, technical vocabulary, stakeholders; familiarity with regulatory issues is a real plus)
  • Proficiency with a CRM tool (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken ability to interact with an international client base); a third language is a plus
  • Excellent verbal communication: clear speech and the ability to build trust quickly over the phone; ability to write persuasive messages and sales scripts
  • Active listening and empathy: ability to quickly understand client needs in a high-stakes sector (real estate)
  • Tenacity and resilience: handle objections and refusals with persistence
  • Results-oriented: strong hunter mindset and motivated by meeting and exceeding targets
  • Organized: rigorous in task follow-up and managing a high volume of leads
  • Education: Minimum 2–3 years of post-secondary education (Bac+2/3) in Business, Sales, or Real Estate Negotiation
  • Experience: First experience (internship, apprenticeship, or first job) as an SDR or in customer relations/sales is strongly appreciated, ideally in real estate
