Manages EnerSys Operating System transformation efforts, focusing on improvement of operations and processes. Oversees lean roadmap deployment across direct and functional areas at EnerSys.
Responsibilities
Manages the EnerSys Operating System (EOS) transformation efforts
Implements and supports actions that bring about improvements to operation and process in areas such as safety, quality, delivery, cycle time, and inventory levels
Develops/Deploys Lean Roadmap/Transformation Plan in alignment with Corporate Lean Roadmap
Requirements
Proven Lean Background
Experience-based on sustained continuous improvement results
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in use of MS Office
Ability to create spreadsheets for analysis and tracking data-based metrics
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to understand and manage complex cross-functional business process projects
Preferred Lean, Six Sigma or project management qualifications are desirable
Preferred experience in battery manufacturing and Six Sigma and/or lean manufacturing
