Responsibilities
- Beheren van de onderaannemers van sitewerken.
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van inkoopstrategieën die aansluiten bij projectdoelen.
- Contractonderhandeling en verkrijgen van concurrerende voorwaarden zonder kwaliteit of termijnen in gevaar te brengen.
- Monitoren en evalueren van leveranciersprestaties en zorgen voor naleving van contractuele eisen.
- Beoordelen en reduceren van inkoopgerelateerde risico’s terwijl je voldoet aan lokale regelgeving.
- Identificeren en implementeren van procesverbeteringen en nauwkeurige inkoopdata bijhouden in SAP.
- Nauwe samenwerking met projectmanagers, engineering en kwaliteitsteams.
Requirements
- Een afgeronde Bachelor’s degree (HBO), bij voorkeur in Bedrijfskunde of een technische richting.
- 3–4 jaar ervaring in internationale inkoop, bij voorkeur in projectomgevingen.
- Bewijsbare ervaring in strategische sourcing en vendor management.
- Sterke onderhandelings- en contractbeheervaardigheden (FIDIC-kennis is een pré).
- Technische affiniteit en vaardigheid in MS Office, SAP en Ariba (of vergelijkbare platforms).
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal (C1-niveau).
