About the role

  • Project Assistant in renewable energy company supporting project managers with planning and coordination tasks. Engaging with clients and managing project data in SAP and MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with project planning, coordination and documentation
  • Communicate with customers via e-mail and telephone and prepare quotes and correspondence
  • Prepare reports and analyses; maintain and monitor project data in SAP and MS Office
  • Process purchase orders, check goods receipts and verify invoices
  • Organize and book business travel
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings
  • General office administration

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP knowledge desirable
  • Good English skills
  • Proactive, structured working style — able to work independently and as part of a team
