About the role

  • Contract Manager responsible for ensuring commercial success of projects located in Western Europe. Support sales and manage contracts from tender to execution in a hybrid role based in Zwolle.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales in tender, contract, and budget management.
  • Responsible for project calculations, budget & cost monitoring, and reporting.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial offers all crafts during execution of projects.
  • Lead the commercial aspects of the project in collaboration with project managers and team leaders.
  • Manage contracts and claims with customers and subcontractors.
  • Execute risk and opportunity management and project control throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, or a comparable field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Claim and Contract Management.
  • Experience with project calculations, budget monitoring, and commercial negotiations.
  • Knowledge of contract and claim management with customers and subcontractors.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience with project documentation, reporting systems, and commercial software is a plus
