About the role

  • Project Assistant supporting project management team in renewable energy sector. Involves project coordination, documentation, and customer communication in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers with project planning, coordination, and documentation
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone and prepare quotations and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, maintain and monitor project data in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Place purchase orders and perform goods receipt and invoice verification
  • Organize and book business travel
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings
  • General office administration

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP experience desirable
  • Good command of English
  • Proactive, structured working style — able to work independently and as part of a team
