About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner driving recruitment strategies for Endpoint which specializes in IRT systems. Focus on attracting and hiring talent across APAC markets and supporting employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Operate with a global mindset, partnering with hiring managers and business leaders across APAC and globally to define role requirements, develop strategic sourcing plans, and deliver high-quality candidate pipelines aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels, with a strong focus on technical, operational, and business-critical roles within diverse APAC markets.
  • Build and sustain strong candidate relationships through proactive sourcing, outreach, screening, and ongoing engagement, ensuring an inclusive and positive candidate experience.
  • Own job posting and advertising strategies across regional and global job boards, professional networks, and sourcing platforms to maximize reach and talent quality.
  • Maintain and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS – Lever), ensuring data accuracy, workflow integrity, and timely updates to support reporting and compliance.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and HR partners to support global onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and compliant new-hire experience across geographies.
  • Contribute to talent market insights, hiring metrics, and pipeline analytics to inform workforce planning, improve recruitment effectiveness, and support leadership decision-making.
  • Support and advance employer branding initiatives, partnering with internal stakeholders to strengthen Endpoint’s reputation as an employer of choice across APAC and globally.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring teams by providing interview guidance, best practices, and data-driven recommendations throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Participate in and, where appropriate, lead regional and global recruiting initiatives, including process optimization, diversity and inclusion efforts, workforce planning, and cross-border hiring projects.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Education, or related
  • 5+ years in TA Role
  • 5+ year(s) experience with an ATS (Lever experience will be preferred)
  • 3+ years in Software/SaaS Industry
