About the role

  • Administrative Analyst supporting stock management and reports while working in a hybrid role at a tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Support inventory management by resolving discrepancies, updating master data, and controlling materials and equipment.
  • Prepare, update, and analyze management reports and KPIs, including Power BI dashboards.
  • Support the planning, monitoring, and optimization of activity schedules and physical resources.
  • Participate in resource leveling and allocation to ensure consistency between planning and execution.
  • Monitor operational readiness of resources and support the definition of operational scopes.
  • Support technical areas and management in analyzing results, identifying deviations, and proposing improvements.
  • Contribute to the standardization, optimization, and automation of administrative controls and routines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field, with a diploma recognized by MEC (Brazilian Ministry of Education).
  • Registration with the relevant professional council, when applicable.
  • Previous experience in administrative routines, inventory management, or resource planning.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP – MM module (Materials).
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP – PS module (Projects).
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP – PM module (Maintenance and Inspection).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Power BI.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: on-site 2 times per week at the base.
