Requirements
- 10 or more years' of experience in project management within supply chain, operational technology, or manufacturing environments.
- Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects related to software implementation and OT Security.
- Strong understanding of analytics and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to drive software adoption and manage change within an organization.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
