Key Account Manager responsible for developing business and providing sustainable growth in Scandinavia at Emerson. Focus on maximizing sales in distribution networks and diversified end-users.
Responsibilities
Generating sales through undertaking site surveys and providing technical advice to both existing and potential customers.
Supporting sales through the effective provision of sales data, including the weekly recording of visit and action reports. Following up on all sales-leads, distributor performance and offers.
Developing sales with hands-on demonstrations, trade shows and roadshow (Demo Van) events to achieve targets.
Maintaining the relations with existing local dealers & end-users in the targeted segments.
Training the sales staff in distributors as well as end-user customers.
Using customer and prospect contact activities, tools and systems and update relevant information related to these systems.
Visiting key account customers like construction companies, municipalities, contractors, etc.
Classifying the product range according to related potential customers & distributors.
Requirements
Proven previous experience in a similar role (electrical industry, panel building, utility, renewable)
Technical understanding of machines, new technologies and tools.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and fluent in Danish
Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
Good presentation skill and capable of establishing good relations with customers in different levels
Willingness to work home office
