Responsibilities
- Drive best practices in communication and change management creation, planning, distribution, distribution, and processes for the Enterprise IT organization.
- Support the development and execution of change management plans and communication frameworks aligned with project objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments and facilitate alignment across business units to identify change risks and mitigation strategies.
- Track change-related metrics and report on progress and effectiveness, recommending enhancements to processes and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain project communication plans, ensuring consistency and timeliness across organizational standards.
- Collaborate with training teams to create user guides, job aids, and learning sessions.
- Create clear, engaging communication materials such as announcements, FAQs, training content, and leadership updates.
- Utilize diverse communication channels including email campaigns, presentations, videos, internal social media, and self-help articles to reach a global audience.
- Support Process Excellence, Strategy Planning, and IT Business Management initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business, Journalism, Marketing, Information Technology, Technical Writing, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in change management, communications, or organization change management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting organizational or technology change initiatives.
- Ability to work with technical subject matter experts and translate information for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with multiple communication channels, including video, web, and internal social media.
- Proficiency in Office 365 and cloud storage tools.
