Inside Sales Specialist responsible for Technical & Commercial Proposals for European customers. Collaborating with sales teams in the process industries at Emerson.
Responsibilities
Ensuring understanding, managing and satisfying each requirement from customers or company’s collaborators through remote communication or site visits;
Taking ownership of the assigned Technical and Commercial Proposal and Order Booking scope delivery within Emerson Systems & Software Lifecycle Services portfolio, following the standard process;
Ensuring the innovative and cost-effective solutions are proposed;
Proactively applying methodologies, resources and techniques for minimizing the execution cost, whilst maintaining the requisite schedule and quality;
Ensuring partners are proactively informed on the status or any challenges;
Acquiring, maintaining, and actively sharing knowledge and experience with the team and the more comprehensive organization;
Supporting on-the-job development of other Service Specialists;
Taking other responsibilities or tasks, including those related to Ethics and Information Security policies within the skills and abilities, whenever reasonably instructed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Engineering field;
Minimum of 2 years in a similar role;
Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
Computer literate (MS Office).
