About the role

  • Identify, engage, and visit potential new clients to present tailored solutions
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, providing support and after-sales service
  • Produce quotations, negotiate tender and contract terms, and manage client accounts
  • Keep the Sales Manager informed of competitor activities and market trends
  • Organize and coordinate customer visits, sales projects, and marketing events
  • Provide technical guidance, product demonstrations, and pre-sales support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and resolve client issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience selling high-value capital equipment and explaining product benefits
  • Ability to proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of polymers, plastics, and materials
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites
  • Valid driver’s license
