About the role

Responsibilities
- Operational technical management of existing properties, including damage management, fault reporting/handling and warranty follow-up
- Collaboration with on-site building services technicians and caretakers
- Implementation of cost-reduction measures and actions to preserve property value using internal and external resources while adhering to budgetary constraints
- Planning and execution of modernization projects and maintenance/repair measures for existing properties
- Coordination of facility management service providers and external contractors in the region
- Support and handling of (construction-related) regulatory inspections and requirements
- Coordination/management of assigned building services staff
- Ensuring operator responsibility and compliance
Requirements
- Degree from a University of Applied Sciences in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management or Civil Engineering, or alternatively a master craftsman or technician qualification in construction / Technical Building Equipment (TBE/TGA)
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, and strong cost awareness
- Solid understanding of the need for smooth interface structures in technical project management
- Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented, loyal and service-minded
- Willingness to travel and a proactive, self-driven approach
