Responsibilities
Operational technical management of existing properties, including damage management, fault reporting/handling and warranty follow-up
Collaboration with on-site building services technicians and caretakers
Implementation of cost-reduction measures and actions to preserve property value using internal and external resources while adhering to budgetary constraints
Planning and execution of modernization projects and maintenance/repair measures for existing properties
Coordination of facility management service providers and external contractors in the region
Support and handling of (construction-related) regulatory inspections and requirements
Coordination/management of assigned building services staff
Ensuring operator responsibility and compliance
Requirements
Degree from a University of Applied Sciences in Building Services Engineering, Facility Management or Civil Engineering, or alternatively a master craftsman or technician qualification in construction / Technical Building Equipment (TBE/TGA)
Excellent analytical and communication skills, and strong cost awareness
Solid understanding of the need for smooth interface structures in technical project management
Proficient MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Team-oriented, loyal and service-minded
Willingness to travel and a proactive, self-driven approach
