Requirements
Proven track record of sales success in a complex software or technology environment (preferably SaaS)
Ability to communicate and convey the value proposition of a complex software platform via phone and online demos as well as in-person meetings
Experience utilizing an enterprise level CRM (preferably salesforce.com) to monitor and manage daily, weekly and monthly sales activities of the team
Success in a past leadership role required to include ongoing development of individual team members through training, mentoring and overall performance management
Creative thinker with an eye toward keeping a large team of sales representatives motivated and passionate about their work
Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously and successfully
