About the role
- ERP Analyst ensuring support and continuity of ERP Newcon at Embracon. Manage SQL queries, integrations, and business support requests efficiently.
Responsibilities
- **Ensure maintenance and continuity of all modules and functionalities of the Newcon ERP**
- Perform medium/high-complexity SQL queries;
- Open and follow up on RDMs for Newcon system development and enhancements;
- Configure and monitor the nightly batch processes;
- Provide API support;
- Support integrations with the Newcon system;
- Handle and manage support tickets related to the Consortium business x Newcon ERP, both internally and with the vendor;
- Conduct studies of existing configurations and functionalities that may meet requests and report/advise the involved areas on existing features that satisfy the request;
- Participate in projects related to the Newcon ERP;
- Control and manage Newcon ERP Packages and Releases (Sequential, Market, and Branch/Versions);
- Perform acceptance testing (homologation) for modules or functionalities of medium/high complexity;
- Conduct internal or external benchmarking to gather knowledge and experience related to the Consortium business;
- Participate in events regarding new regulatory requirements, functionalities, or business evolution;
- Participate in innovation-related activities.
Requirements
- **Bachelor's Degree Required (Mandatory):**
- Software Engineering; Computer Science; Systems Analysis; Computer Engineering; Computer Networks; Telecommunications Management; Database Administration; Systems Development; or Information Technology Management.
- PL/SQL — Intermediate knowledge in writing queries;
- Knowledge of at least one programming language.
- **Desired Knowledge, Experience and Skills:**
- Intermediate Excel;
- Knowledge and practice of ITIL best practices;
- Intermediate knowledge of SOAP and REST integrations.
