Responsibilities
As a medium-voltage project engineer specializing in protection technology, you play a key role in planning and implementing protection concepts for medium-voltage installations
Develop and design protection schemes for transformers and medium-voltage systems
Analyze and evaluate protection systems and their components
Perform calculations to optimize protection engineering
Coordinate and oversee projects in collaboration with internal and external partners
Prepare technical documentation
Support commissioning and maintenance of protection systems
Train customers on protection technology topics
Requirements
Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in protection engineering/project design in power plants and substations
Knowledge of protection technology and network/system calculations
Experience with planning software and technical calculation tools; ePLAN or NEPLAN advantageous
Good written and spoken German
