- Develop and design protection schemes for transformers and medium-voltage systems
- Analyze and evaluate protection systems and their components
- Perform calculations to optimize protection engineering
- Coordinate and oversee projects in collaboration with internal and external partners
- Prepare technical documentation
- Support commissioning and maintenance of protection systems
- Train customers on protection technology topics
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in protection engineering/project design in power plants and substations
- Knowledge of protection technology and network/system calculations
- Experience with planning software and technical calculation tools; ePLAN or NEPLAN advantageous
- Good written and spoken German
