Responsibilities
Learn how projects are developed and financed from an initial concept through to operation
Gain a deep insight into onshore and offshore power grids and well as renewable energy systems
Take a big picture view on the energy transition and what this means for our customers and their supply chains and what this means for our society and the environment
Actively engage with clients to understand their challenges deploying renewable energy generation and storage safely, sustainably and effectively
Have the opportunity to work with other discipline teams across DNV to see how we are working together to solve some of the energy industry’s biggest problems
Requirements
Minimum 2:2 Degree in electrical engineering or related degree
Some understanding of Renewables, ideally energy storage or electricity transmission (gained during your studies) would be beneficial
Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills along with ability to produce clear and concise technical reports for our customers
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills, confident in building professional relationships and demonstrating first class written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to plan and prioritise own time and activities, to meet deadlines and achieve project objectives
Passion for developing your skills both professionally and personally, including the commitment to complete the appropriate professional registration in your field (Chartership)
