About the role

  • Sales Manager driving customer relationships and sales strategies in a healthcare media firm in Berlin. Seeking passionate individuals for a dynamic and hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • New client acquisition: You proactively identify and approach potential clients, build new relationships, and maintain our existing network.
  • Account management: You strengthen and develop existing client relationships to build sustainable partnerships.
  • Sales of advertising formats: You sell our advertising solutions and cross-media campaigns tailored to client needs. You create customized proposals and pricing calculations.
  • Direct outreach: Whether in person, by email, phone, or at events — you are consistently in direct contact with clients and inspire them with our offerings.
  • Pharma & healthcare focus: Your target group is companies and agencies from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related sectors.
  • Documentation: You record your sales activities in Salesforce and regularly report your KPIs to the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from Sales, CRM, Product Management, Editorial, and Marketing to develop the best solutions for our clients.

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, sales, media, or a related field and already bring substantial experience in sales and contract negotiations.
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector or agency environment is not required.
  • Negotiation skills: You are confident in contract negotiations with decision-makers and enjoy selling tailored solutions.
  • Technical know-how: You are proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
  • Sales talent: You stand out with a professional, likeable demeanor, empathy, and a passion for sales.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: Your entrepreneurial thinking and affinity for digital business models and e-commerce drive you.
