Pharma & healthcare focus: Your target group is companies and agencies from the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and related sectors.
Documentation: You record your sales activities in Salesforce and regularly report your KPIs to the Chief Sales Officer.
Teamwork: You work closely with colleagues from Sales, CRM, Product Management, Editorial, and Marketing to develop the best solutions for our clients.
Requirements
You have completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, sales, media, or a related field and already bring substantial experience in sales and contract negotiations.
Prior experience in the healthcare sector or agency environment is not required.
Negotiation skills: You are confident in contract negotiations with decision-makers and enjoy selling tailored solutions.
Technical know-how: You are proficient with MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Excellent German skills and good English skills complete your profile.
Sales talent: You stand out with a professional, likeable demeanor, empathy, and a passion for sales.
