Responsibilities
Project management: You plan, coordinate and steer online and offline projects, taking into account timelines, budgets and quality standards.
Documentation: You document all project-related activities in accordance with internal and project-specific guidelines, ensuring transparent traceability.
Campaign management: You manage the execution of campaigns and evaluate their success to identify continuous optimization opportunities.
Website management: You are responsible for the strategic and content-related development and maintenance of our websites, ensuring a user-friendly and attractive online presence.
Concept and planning: You create concepts, creative briefs, effort estimates and budget plans and ensure targeted implementation.
Vendor management: You research, compare and commission external service providers and suppliers and ensure smooth collaboration.
Team coordination: As the central interface between clients, Sales, the creative/implementation team and other internal departments, you work closely with all parties to achieve project goals.
Project ownership: You oversee both client-facing formats and in-house projects within ELPATO and continuously develop them further.
Requirements
Technical skills: You are confident using common Content Management Systems (e.g., TYPO3, WordPress), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Analytical skills: Experience using Google Analytics to analyze and optimize the performance of campaigns and websites.
Professional experience: You have at least 2–3 years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency, a digital environment or an agile, dynamic setting.
Communication skills: You have a talent for clear, solution-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational skills: You master multitasking and can manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.
