- Clinic Manager responsible for overseeing clinic operations and supporting a positive culture at Ellie Mental Health. Collaborates with leadership team while maintaining an active caseload.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Clinic Director to oversee operations and culture
- Collaborate with Clinic Managers across locations as part of the leadership team
- Maintain communication with the billing team
- Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development
- Monitor capacity, waitlists, and space needs
- Troubleshoot systems (Valant, billing, ADP, Teams, Outlook)
- Review EHR service lines and complete corrections
- Co-facilitate clinic meetings
- Serve as back-up leadership when needed
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Fully licensed LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of state mental health regulations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort in a high-growth, evolving environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and EHR systems
