Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study
- Minimum of 12 years of experience leading enterprise digital and/or product development business transformations
- Proven success building and leading cross-functional product organizations focused on platform adoption, reuse, and internal experience uplift
- Experience in product lifecycle management, Agile delivery, user-centered design, and product analytics
- Exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills
