  • Provider Reimbursement Administrator Senior developing claims adjudication processes and reimbursement policies for healthcare. Utilizing expertise in medical billing and coding and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate adjudication of claims
  • Translate medical policies into effective reimbursement criteria
  • Develop enterprise reimbursement policies
  • Work with departments on claims adjudication workflow development
  • Lead projects related to provider reimbursement initiatives
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced administrators

Requirements

  • Requires a BA/BS degree
  • Minimum of 4 years related experience
  • RN; Medical billing and coding certification strongly preferred
  • Claim edit experience strongly preferred
  • WGS and/or GBD Facets experience preferred
