About the role

  • Carelon Client Development Director responsible for managing healthcare client relationships and driving market growth. Ensures operational effectiveness and market accountability across assigned areas.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for owning internal client relationships and driving growth
  • Executes market-level strategies in partnership with Carelon and Elevance business units
  • Builds and maintains trusted relationships with market executives and client stakeholders
  • Ensures initiatives move through stage-gates on time and achieve intended ROI

Requirements

  • BA/BS in health care related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in account management, sales and/or operations in the health care industry
  • MBA preferred
  • 7–10+ years of experience in healthcare account management, operations, or consultative sales
  • Strong project management discipline
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
