About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Eletive building and developing sales pipelines. Engaging in outreach and lead generation within a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential customers in your target market using modern tools and data-driven insights.
  • Connect with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social channels to spark interest and start conversations.
  • Understand customer needs and assess whether there is a strong fit with Eletive.
  • Hand over qualified leads and set the foundation for successful sales processes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously refine your outreach approach.
  • Test new ideas and approaches to reach and engage potential customers.
  • Keep HubSpot up to date with accurate and structured data.

Requirements

  • Speak and write fluent German and English.
  • Are proactive, driven, and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Enjoy connecting with new people and building relationships from the first interaction.
  • Are resilient and motivated by targets, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Have a structured way of working and can manage your daily activities effectively.
  • Are curious and eager to learn - both about sales and customer needs.
