About the role

  • Business Analyst selling laboratory services including certification testing for Anatel and Inmetro. Focused on client relationships and sales cycle management.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the business area, focusing on the sale of laboratory services, including tests and technical evaluations;
  • Maintain and retain the current client portfolio, ensuring a strong and continuous relationship;
  • Prospect new business and clients, identifying strategic opportunities for expansion;
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from identifying the need through to contract closure;
  • Prepare commercial proposals and conduct negotiations in accordance with company policies;
  • Monitor market indicators, proposing improvements and strategies for growth;
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent;
  • Proven experience in sales and client prospecting, with a focus on solutions for product certification testing with Anatel and Inmetro;
  • Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking);
  • Desirable: Knowledge of applicable technical standards and laboratory testing procedures.
