About the role

  • Chargé de support et opérations IRVE pour piloter les installations de bornes de recharge. Gestion de projet et satisfaction client au sein d'une entreprise engagée dans la transition énergétique.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure full operational management of charging station installations
  • Manage the full lifecycle of IRVE projects from contract signature to project closure
  • Act as the single point of contact for IRVE partners and structure operational processes
  • Ensure compliance of installations and centralize after-sales/maintenance requests (SAV)
  • Verify consistency between quotes, execution and invoicing, and handle financial discrepancies
  • Monitor operational performance indicators and produce regular reports

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (operational management, multi-stakeholder coordination, partner management)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and operational dashboards (Zoho, Airtable or equivalents)
  • Solid understanding of electrical installations and IRVE standards (NF C 15-100, IRVE decree) and ability to diagnose incidents remotely
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to manage stress in a high-volume environment
  • Clear, structured communication with a variety of stakeholders (clients, installers, internal teams)
