About the role

Responsibilities
- Ensure full operational management of charging station installations
- Manage the full lifecycle of IRVE projects from contract signature to project closure
- Act as the single point of contact for IRVE partners and structure operational processes
- Ensure compliance of installations and centralize after-sales/maintenance requests (SAV)
- Verify consistency between quotes, execution and invoicing, and handle financial discrepancies
- Monitor operational performance indicators and produce regular reports
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (operational management, multi-stakeholder coordination, partner management)
- Proficiency with CRM tools and operational dashboards (Zoho, Airtable or equivalents)
- Solid understanding of electrical installations and IRVE standards (NF C 15-100, IRVE decree) and ability to diagnose incidents remotely
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to manage stress in a high-volume environment
- Clear, structured communication with a variety of stakeholders (clients, installers, internal teams)
