Responsibilities
Ensure full operational management of charging station installations
Manage the full lifecycle of IRVE projects from contract signature to project closure
Act as the single point of contact for IRVE partners and structure operational processes
Ensure compliance of installations and centralize after-sales/maintenance requests (SAV)
Verify consistency between quotes, execution and invoicing, and handle financial discrepancies
Monitor operational performance indicators and produce regular reports
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (operational management, multi-stakeholder coordination, partner management)
Proficiency with CRM tools and operational dashboards (Zoho, Airtable or equivalents)
Solid understanding of electrical installations and IRVE standards (NF C 15-100, IRVE decree) and ability to diagnose incidents remotely
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, and ability to manage stress in a high-volume environment
Clear, structured communication with a variety of stakeholders (clients, installers, internal teams)
