About the role

  • Administrative Assistant supporting commercial activities in São Paulo. Improving operations efficiency and providing analytical support to store units.

Responsibilities

  • Recording sales transactions
  • Providing support and answering inquiries from the commercial/sales team
  • Analytical support to store unit activities (conduct analyses to support units in decision-making and performance improvement)
  • Working to ensure greater process flow and efficiency (drive continuous improvement of operational processes, seeking increased fluidity, efficiency, and standardization)
  • General administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required - Higher education in progress or completed is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills and agility
  • Proactivity and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience in administrative tasks
