About the role

  • Analyst role in EDGE Program focusing on developing technical and leadership skills. Supporting Enterprise Business Operations and contributing to core securities and transaction processing activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop core leadership competencies
  • Assist in day-to-day processing activities
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Support the team on ad-hoc tasks, assignments, special projects, etc.
  • Provide verbal and written evidence of technical knowledge
  • Manage relationships with multiple levels of management within Enterprise Business Operations
  • Aligns risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk and escalates appropriately

Requirements

  • Entry Level – internship experience highly preferred
  • Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than August 2026: Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting
  • Candidates must have good academic standing
  • Candidates must possess strong attention to details with strong mindset to completing tasks and assignments.
  • Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Must be willing to work onsite at least 3 days a week (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee once confirmed with the business).
  • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and classified information.
  • Display a strong work ethic
  • Must demonstrate superior analytical and communication skills
  • Strong interest in the financial services industry, with previous internship experience a plus
  • Basic understanding of audit techniques and methodology.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of risks and controls
  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry; seeks to understand and improve their knowledge of coverage areas
  • Strong commitment to teamwork by demonstrating a willingness to assist peers and supervisors.
