Responsibilities
Design and standardize end-to-end Professional Services processes to drive efficiency, quality, and scalability.
Translate business and customer requirements into fit-for-purpose capabilities across process, data, and systems.
Ensure alignment between process design and IT solutions through close collaboration with Product Owners and LPO/E.
Support deployment readiness, including change management, training, and go-live execution.
Monitor process performance and adoption, driving continuous improvement using data and best practices (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability building to sustain long-term process excellence and business continuity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in applicable functional domain, in combination with Project Management, Change Management, Lean Manufacturing or equivalent.
Business process management, continuous improvement, or project/change management within a service-oriented environment.
Strong skills in process design and modelling, data analysis, and working with IT systems and integrations.
Proven stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills with a proactive and structured mindset.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies (preferred).
Familiarity with global service operations or Professional Services processes (preferred).
