About the role

  • Junior Packaging Designer responsible for the design and development of packaging and displays. Collaborating with internal teams and ensuring brand consistency throughout projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and development of packaging and displays aligned with the brand and with commercial considerations
  • Creation and revision of print-ready files and packaging designs
  • Visual presentation of product information in compliance with the corporate design
  • Ensuring a consistent, brand-appropriate presentation of products
  • Capturing client requirements and translating them into precise briefs
  • Close collaboration with internal departments, agencies, and printing partners

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training as a media designer or a degree in graphic/visual design
  • Understanding of packaging design and print processes, with a keen eye for design and brand requirements
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Strong conceptual skills with creative, design-oriented thinking
  • Team player with an independent, proactive working style
  • Good written and spoken German and English
