About the role

  • Sales Representative responsible for customer consultation and developing tailored solutions. Focus on building long-term customer relationships and expanding the customer base in Salzburg.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and advise our customers with the aim of developing tailored solutions and fostering long-term customer relationships
  • Professionally present our products, solutions and concepts on-site at the customer
  • Actively support the development of sales and marketing strategies
  • Maintain and expand customer relationships and strategically grow the customer base through product and service bundling
  • Prepare, present and follow up on quotes
  • Independently conduct order negotiations and reviews
  • Provide commercial and technical advice and develop customer-specific solutions in close cooperation with merchandisers
  • Work closely with the back office, inside sales and merchandisers

Requirements

  • Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training
  • Professional experience as a field sales representative
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Excellent communication skills, team spirit and an independent, structured working style
  • Sales-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel
