About the role

• Salesforce Architect responsible for advancing digitalization in the energy sector. Collaborating with clients to enhance their business processes with Salesforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• As a Salesforce Architect (m/f/d), you will play a key role in driving digitalization in the energy sector and supporting energy utilities in advancing their business processes to the next level
• You translate customer requirements and challenges into Salesforce features and solutions
• You are responsible for conducting process analyses on the client side as well as planning and documenting migrations
• You take technical project responsibility and lead our developers and consultants
• You design and implement technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem (Energy & Utilities Cloud & OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud)
• You support the development of new business relationships
• You ensure sustainable and scalable solutions and are responsible for technical client advisory and development
• You advise and support the client in all project phases, taking into account new features and sensible implementation roadmaps

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce configuration and CRM system implementations
• You have comprehensive knowledge of the Salesforce core Clouds, ideally also of one of the following Clouds: Energy & Utilities Cloud, Media & Communications Cloud(s), Financial Services Cloud or Healthcare & Life Sciences Cloud(s)
• You have enterprise-level project experience, including experience in Salesforce development
• Several years of experience in designing and implementing global systems
• You possess conceptual skills to map customer requirements into Salesforce features and workflows
• You have experience with best practices in the Salesforce ecosystem and hold technical Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator; optionally Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Business Analyst)
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English
