About the role
- Recruitment Manager at Egon Zehnder supporting executive search and talent acquisition in North America. Engaging stakeholders and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for positions across various industries as well as administrative roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define search strategies and candidate profiles.
- Coordinate outreach to candidates, interview scheduling, and collection of feedback.
- Prepare client-facing deliverables such as status reports, candidate summaries, and presentations.
- Oversee multiple concurrent search projects, ensuring on-time execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Implement and maintain accurate records and reports using internal systems.
- Support continuous-improvement initiatives in recruitment operations and tools.
- Serve as a liaison between hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience in line with Egon Zehnder's values.
- Collaborate with global offices to support cross-border search mandates.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, corporate recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization is an asset.
