- Technical Writing Certification
- Experience using and modifying styles, cross references, and Table of Contents development in Microsoft Word
- Experience working with technical and functional delivery teams on technical documentation
- Knowledge of government information systems or space information systems
- Ability to manage a varied workload and balance numerous priorities while meeting tight deadlines
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
