About the role

Sr. Product Manager responsible for defining digital asset–enabled cross-border payments at Early Warning. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Product Manager is the champion responsible for evaluating and determining the product(s) and/or features to be built and delivered to our customers.
Build, align, and motivate a cross functional team to develop a common understanding of the customers’ pain points and the passion to solve issues and develop innovative solutions that delight customers.
Lead cross-functional discovery and delivery for end-to-end cross-border payment journeys, influencing upstream and downstream platform dependencies.
Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products meet AML, sanctions, consumer protection, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
Balance customer experience, scalability, and risk considerations in designing global payment flows, including error handling, reconciliation, and transparency.

Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelors degree.
9 or more years of related work experience OR post-secondary degree and at least 4 years of related work experience
Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, cross-border remittance models, and emerging digital asset / stablecoin use cases.
Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical constraints into clear product requirements and user stories.
Experience working in regulated environments with high availability, security, and auditability expectations.
Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology
Demonstrated leadership experience and cross functional collaboration experience
Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering great products
Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap and in meeting product revenue targets
Excellent listening and execution skills
