About the role
- Sr. Product Manager responsible for defining digital asset–enabled cross-border payments at Early Warning. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative payment solutions while ensuring compliance and risk management.
Responsibilities
- The Sr. Product Manager is the champion responsible for evaluating and determining the product(s) and/or features to be built and delivered to our customers.
- Build, align, and motivate a cross functional team to develop a common understanding of the customers’ pain points and the passion to solve issues and develop innovative solutions that delight customers.
- Lead cross-functional discovery and delivery for end-to-end cross-border payment journeys, influencing upstream and downstream platform dependencies.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products meet AML, sanctions, consumer protection, and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
- Balance customer experience, scalability, and risk considerations in designing global payment flows, including error handling, reconciliation, and transparency.
Requirements
- Education and/or experience typically obtained through completion of a bachelors degree.
- 9 or more years of related work experience OR post-secondary degree and at least 4 years of related work experience
- Strong understanding of payments ecosystems, cross-border remittance models, and emerging digital asset / stablecoin use cases.
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical constraints into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Experience working in regulated environments with high availability, security, and auditability expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in design thinking and agile development process and methodology
- Demonstrated leadership experience and cross functional collaboration experience
- Proven experience in and passion for building and delivering great products
- Demonstrated experience in setting a product strategy, roadmap and in meeting product revenue targets
- Excellent listening and execution skills
