- 10+ years of experience with UAV, satellite terminals, ground-based satellite broadcast and multicast architectures, network engineering, cybersecurity, integration, and network operations
- Experience with ISR dissemination architectures and network routing protocols
- Experience developing operations support frameworks, SOPs, and TTPs
- Experience developing system engineering designs, program requirements, and integration test planning documentation, testing, and validation reports
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Knowledge of Airborne Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance systems
- Top Secret clearance
