About the role

  • Director of Marketing at Edwards Lifesciences focusing on complex marketing strategies and team management across APAC. Enhance patient outcomes through innovative engagement in cardiovascular care.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct complex marketing activities with large scale or significant business impact
  • Collaborate with cross functional and/or matrix teams for multiple concurrent major products, campaigns, launches, programs, and initiatives
  • Identify risk, develop and lead in the implementation of broad and more complex marketing strategies
  • Manage team and activities in professional education to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Direct line management responsibilities including a robust talent development plan

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field with minimum 15 years related experience in marketing
  • Demonstrated track record in people management
  • Master's Degree or equivalent in related field with minimum 12 years experience working in a regulated industry preferred
  • Experienced in a Cardiac Surgery or Cardiology will be an added advantage
  • Candidates with experience and exposure across multiple APAC markets will be preferred
