- Monitor network devices and systems using tools like Zabbix, LibreNMS, and Grafana.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues, escalating when necessary.
- Open, manage, and follow up on tickets with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and incident resolutions.
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls and tickets in English.
- Collaborate with the Network Engineering Team on network configurations and improvements.
- Participate in special projects across the Network, SRE, and Cloud teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- CCNA, JNCIA, or other network certification OR previous experience in a NOC or similar technical support environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle shift-based schedules
- Customer-focused mindset, especially under pressure
- Eagerness to learn and continuously grow in the networking field
