About the role
- Logistics Analyst overseeing transport delivery operations at Tirolez, a Brazilian dairy brand. Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor delivery and return operations with carriers as they occur;
- Responsible for monitoring deliveries and returns with carriers to ensure compliance with agreed SLAs, providing support to the manager and other involved areas;
- Update the ERP with incident records;
- Work with other departments to find solutions for incidents;
- Act as the primary point of contact for carriers regarding incidents and follow through until resolution;
- Monitor delivery KPIs and service level indicators;
- Provide support to other involved departments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Preferred experience: Experience in Logistics or Control Tower operations, including delivery monitoring, carrier liaison, and interaction with commercial/sales teams;
- Desired skills/knowledge: Experience with TMS or tracking software (delivery management), Microsoft Office (Excel at intermediate level or higher), and TOTVS ERP.
