Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, marketing, social sciences, business, analytics)
- Proven experience leading large-scale research and insights programs for senior-level clients
- Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue targets and P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to grow client relationships and drive new business opportunities
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with experience translating complex data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing, multi-level teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative leadership style
