About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic direction, sales execution, operational oversight, and risk management of the Credit Union’s treasury management and business banking sales functions.
- Leads treasury sales, business deposit growth, and related service delivery efforts while partnering across Business Banking, Retail Banking, Brokerage and Insurance Sales, Commercial Lending, Operations, Digital, Fraud, Compliance, and Finance.
- Accountable for building and leading a high-performing team, expanding treasury management adoption, and ensuring consistent execution of the Credit Union’s treasury strategy.
- Drive process improvements, support product development and assistance for treasury solutions delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
- 10 – 15 Years of Experience in Treasury management or financial services sales experience
- Experience managing large operational initiatives or transformation projects
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with treasury workflows and regulatory considerations
- Strong track record of leading sales teams and achieving market-level revenue and growth targets
- Excellent management, coaching, communication, and influencing skills
- Deep understanding of treasury products, payments, liquidity solutions, cash management, and industry trends
- Ability to travel extensively and manage a broad geographic territory.
